I recently used the Primo Gifts India site to send gift on the 2nd sep and now it has been almost 4 days after 2nd sep and there is no sign of the gift. I feel cheated and taken for a ride. I tried calling their customer care, but was unable to get through. If they were unable to deliver the order for which they had already taken the payment in advance, the very least they could have done was to inform and either deliver the next date or refund the amount i paid. i paid extra to have it delivered at a particular time and date. They have also ruined the moment. With this kind of service, they seem like a fly by night operator and would not last very long in the eCommerce business where customer trust is paramount.
