Pathetic experience

Just wanted to share my experience for the benefit of others. I ventured into this project seeing Excel, but Excel is nowhere in the picture and have to deal with Precigo Developers. It has been pathetic experience with Precigo from the last ~9 months and construction is not even started till now, the sad part is they don’t even pick your calls and there is nobody to reach out to. Not sure how Excel is allowing Precigo to spoil their brand name. Please talk to any of the existing customers first before even thinking of buying in this project.
