I purchased 8th class study pendrive cost Rs.2800/- but not working. My repeated complaint their execustive Mrs. Krishnendu unnikrishnan told withing 3 days new pendrive couriered by you. now 15 days from the date of purchase. No refund or new pendrive get. irresponsbile management and staff.
