I have recharged my mobile AIRCEL in payzapp for ,180 it showed me successful and the amount is gone but I didn’t get the recharge amount in my mobile.. Please check it and refund me the amount back..

I have tried to transfer the amount of 5000 but it got rejected and the amount also got detucted. Please refund its a matter of urgency
I had done one transaction on 3rd august 2017 for the amount of Rs 10000/- in mobile number 9618111887. Transaction failed but amount has been debited from the credit card number ending with 0022.
In credit card amount had been settled, but i had not received the service of this amount.
I want the money to be refunded back. Please do the needful.

Hi, I have transferred amount 3000 from icici credit card and it was loaded into payzapp wallet sucessfully. And when the amount is transferred to my account the status was showing success but I did not receive any amount into my personal account. So kindly solve my problm ASAP I have to pay the amount as of my commitments urgently.
