Hello I have two recharge at 24 dec-15 nd seconds is 14 jan-16 but recharge was pending to now nd balance has been my hdfc account deducted.see attached screenshots .but I have allready mail to pay zapp complete customers id but no any responses.plz do the needful.Thanks
