i ordered 2 (OEM Solo HD Wired Headphones ) headphones on Friday, February 20, 2015 .i received totally different product and one of them is defective. i immediately field a complaint where i gave all the information of that product which i was received. and i also sent back that product to their mentioned address. i got email from them where they tell me ,they wiil refund my money . but till now they didn’t refund and also no response from their side for last 3 week.
