Dear Sir,

I have order a Crompton Greaves Aura 3 Blade Ceiling Fan from paytm web site on 29 March 2015 and paid the amount of Rs 2290 and as per paytm expected delievery of the same was on 6 the april 2015. but till date I am getting delievery, also they are not giving any responce.
if I raised a compalint from paytm site I am receiving the same message again and again.
that we will ship the product in next 1 to 2 days.
they dont have any customer care number or not having any office for conctac.

request you please solve hte same.
