PAYTM – Not refunding money for damaged product

I have purchased a mobile cover for LG G2(Wow back cover for LG G2) in Paytm online shopping store.But I received the damaged product.
I have sent out a mail regarding damaged product,with images also.But no one responding for this.
They don’t have customer care number to contact. I don’t know how Government allowing a online store without customer care contact number.
Please help me to solve this issue
