I ordered the product named : xiaomi power bank from the paytm
product number : 835923896
order number : 810465684
price : 999 Indian rupees
the order dilivery was delayed .
so I cancel the order .
on the next day the message arrives your product was delivered .
I didn’t received any product , I called paytm 3-4 times for half half hour
but the didn’t connect me to the customer care .
then I email them on their complaining mail address
but still from there I didn’t received any response .
after 2 – 3 emails I warn them I will go to consumer form but they still didn’t get any reply .
I request consumer court to take strict action against paytm website .
I want to file a clam of rupees 100000 to paytm for such reponse and the froud done to me .
