I have given four instalments Rs 18.40 lacs to Patliputra builder ltd. against five instalments total Rs 23.00 lacs. the agreemented amount. At the time of giving last instalment of Rs 4.60 lacs. Builder was demanding extra Rs 10 lacs without any reason. Builder has to hand over the flat in Dec-12 . I have given him the above amount Rs 18.40 lacs before Dec-12. I have lodged a complain in state consumer forum patna. Here hearing is very slow. After serving notice to builder he was not present on two dates. Date is given after 2 or 3 months.
