Cheating in service of booking

I bought a membership of Park Royal Holidays, Ahmedabad. I paid 60,000 Rs for five years and 30 nights. They told me to book before 45 days and I booked before 60 days still they told me to wait and now told that they can give me only two nights. Even didnt send me the list of hotels. Sales representative made fake promises and customer care representative showed just lack of inventory and rules of the comapny. It is a scam and cheating. Everybody should file complaint against them
