I paid 35K for a Park Royal Holidays membership before asking for hotel reservations for two nights in two different locations 60 days in advance.
Nobody is available to speak with you on the phone, thus the only thing you can do is send them a message and wait for their message informing you that we don’t have a hotel available on the specified dates. They aren’t even offering any hotel options.
