Booking Not providing

I have purchased a membership from Park Royal Holiday. As per norms they have given 18 nights and 3 complementary nights for stay with 4* to 5* property.

Now when requesting for booking then firstly they will ask Inventory is full.

If we put review on Google then hold the membership.

After they will ask you can remove your review we will give you booking then they will give 2* hotel or 3* hotel.
I requested give me 5* hotel. please let me know for which location you have I will plan accordingly. But no given any answer.

They are very big cheater on the planet.

I don’t any booking. I need money refunded.

Otherwise ask them to give me booking.

Please rake appropriate action against them.
