Placed an order with order no100001193 on April 3, 2015 from www.paperlanternsindia.com. Payment made online. Not that only delivery was promised in 2-3 days, but an email with a link to track the order also hasn’t been received yet. It has been a week now. Their customer care number doesn’t work. The email to their support team bounces back.
