Panache – Refund not given

There is brand “PANACHE” operating on instagram and facebook selling products. I had ordered a product 3 months ago. And transfered the money in the account of riya mashru operating the company called panache which she said is a registered company. I havent recieved the product due to her failure. So i asked for refund and its been a month since i asked for refund and everyday she comes up with a reason. She says that her account is in kotak mahindra so it is taking time. But i dnt any bank takes 30 days for neft. I have all her messages and bank statements as a proof. Kindly let me know what can be done. Thankyou
