Fraud with me by Mr Siddharth Jalan he has cheat me 3 lakhs rupees for franchise in October 2017 they promised me they will be given lead for website after 6 month they enjoy with my approx 3 lakhs Rs. Still single Re. Buz not done my Mr Siddharth Jalan now i want to refund my amt. Rs.200000+20000=220000+18% gst which was not paid to government.gst dept. Total amt refund to me. 258600/- cheated by Mr Siddharth Jalan acc mgr of pan india internet pvt ltd.i am very poor man

Dear Mr. Abid,
The company can produce the Agreement which has been signed between the parties which clearly states the clause of a non-refundable amount. Furthermore, also the company can produce conversations with you stating you need our help & also the fact that you are still working as a Channel Partner, which clearly contradicts what you’ve written above. Kindly refrain from writing things on the internet & such websites which don’t have any truth whatsoever.
