I had purchased One plus two phone as per their online invitation process. Within a month the speaker of the phone had issues. On contacting the customer care service, I had handed over the phone to them on 14th Dec 2015 for repair/ replacement as per the warranty. The committed time for the same was given as 15 days. Since then it has been 27days and still there is no response from the customer care. The phone has costed me Rs.25000/-
