I booked a ride from Kalaji to Gurgaon on 1st November 2017 CRN number 1200878586. I was charged 1100 for 43 Kms ride , which included peak hour booking charges. There was no intimation by the company about such charges at the time of booking and when I made a complaint to their customer care they told me to go to consumer forum to get the issue sorted. I request you a refund of my bill.
