Ohio EQuick Pay Debit card through Eppicard service STOLE money deposited onto my card from the Child Support Enforcement Agency. This occurred in the following manner:
Today, 4/07/2017 I used the card at an Exxon service station at the gas pump. I swiped my card, put in my PIN when requested and that is as far as I was allowed to go. There was no further response, no way to pump gas, nothing. I went inside the store to attempt to pay with the card and I was told there were insufficient funds. I called into the 800-502-1283 number to find out why my money was no longer available. I was told I had swiped my card at the pump and at that point, my money was no longer accessible I had received NOTHING for my swipe and PIN number. NO GAS, NO SERVICE, NO PRODUCT AND HAD ALL OF MY AVAILABLE FUNDS STOLEN FROM ME. ALL OF IT… I WANT MY MONEY RETURNED ALONG WITH PAYMENT FOR THIS GROSS THEFT AND TOTAL ILLEGAL INCONVENIENT TRANSACTION.
