Most Humbly I want to inform you that My name is Sayan Ghosh,B.Tech in Electrical Engineering,Phone number: +91-9674012556. A consultancy firm named “NR Consultanr ‘n’ Services, Sector 18,Noida,UttarPradesh has cheated me for giving a job. On 1st September,2014 Mr. Akash (Phone no: +91-9210349319) called me and told me that he got my resume from Naukri.com and asked me if i am interested for a job,as i asked him about the opportunities he told me about Havells Private Limited, Kolkata job offer. He asked me to pay Rs. 1000.00 (one Thousand rupees) to generate a registration ID in their consultancy, and a face to face interview with the HR of Havells Private Limited. I paid Rs. 1000.00 (Rupees One Thousand) on 3rd September,2014 in their account,Axis Bank, Account Holder “NR Consultant ‘n’ Services,Account number 914020028688480,IFSC CODE :UTIB0000361,which information is given by them from phone no 9716793112 Email ID : [email protected].
Next day on 4th September,2014 Mr. Rajesh called me from phone number +91-9210349319 and told me that Mr. Akash gave me the wrong information so i have to pay 1000.00 rupees more for generating my ID in their consultancy and for the job interview.As i told him to refund my money back he directed the call to Mr.DebBarma who told me that to complete the total procedure i have to pay 2000.00(rupees Two thousandsonly) and assured it by a mail from “[email protected] and if i am not interested about the job opportunities they will refund my money back. So i paid Rs. 1000.00(One Thousand rupees) more to complete the procedure to the same account on 5thSeptember,2014. They gaveme my ID through mail but i didnot get the Havells Interview.
On 8th September,2014 from phone no: +91-92103493196 a lady called me for a telephonic interview,and as the conversations was going, She offered me a Delhi based job for 4.5 Lacs/Annum. As i said i am interested in this job she said she will send me the confirmation mail. After few minutes later a guy called me and he said i have to pay 5000.00 rupees more for the second round face to face interview. I told him that Mr. DebBarma has assured me that i will not have to pay any rupees more till face to face interview,so directed the call to Mr. DebBarma, but this time Mr. Barma said i have to pay that amount to get a face to face interview with the HR.
I told him about the mail where he assured me that i dont have to pay anymore before face to face HR interview, then he told he has nothing to do. So i asked him to refund my money back, first he said he will not refund my money back but as i said i will complain about them he directed the call to refund department.
I provided him the informations of Account holder name,account branch ,IFSC code , AND A/c number, but when he asked me about my 1)DATE OF BIRTH 2) ATM CARD NUMBER 3) MY ATM LAST 3 NUMBERS 4) HOW MANY AMOUNTS I HAVE IN MY BANK ACCOUNT, i refused to give him these informations. So he insulted me that i am not educated and he will not give my money back if i dont have an ATM CARD.

SO THEREFORE, I REQUEST YOU TO RECOVER MY MONEY BACK FROM THE AFORESAID COMPANY “NR CONSULTANT ‘N’ SERVICES” and Teach them a good lesson AND PLEASE HELP ME AS I AM AFRAID THAT THEY WILL TRY TO HACK/CHEAT MY ACCOUNT as they are asking MY DATE OF BIRTH,ATM NUMBER, HOW MANY MONEY LEFT IN MY ACCOUNT, which i refused to give.
