403 sagar apartment pimparipada dindoshi mumbai – possession not given of the flat

Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to bring to your notice that I have purchased flat from Mr Gopalkrishan Raju . 9867298259.
As per agreement to sale dated : 22 dec 2010in the office of deputy register borivali 3 , mumbai for flat 403/sagar apartment,pimparipada and to be handed over to me on 30 april 2011.

I have not received the flat possesion yet .
Kindly help to get this possession from below mentioned person.
