I have booked a flat in Noida Extension on 27th Feb, 2014. The Agent (Krishna Infratech Pvt. Ltd.) has promised me to pay 2% of Flat’s base price (i.e. approximately Rs. 52,000) will be paid by them once 40% payment is done against the property. They have not given any consent on paper. But anyhow I managed to take their consent on email with all details.

Now since long time I contacting them but either they are not picking up the call or just tolerating me without any proper answer. Can I lodge a complaint against them with this email conversations as a proof in consumer forum.
It would be a great help, you could provide me the possibility and procedures to file the case with Consumer Forum.
