The set top box provided by new universal cable network kak sarai karan nagar srinagar on last year.but the signal problem created on sevral occasions.so we decide to back the set top box to said cable network that the cable network told me you have pay to Rs 600/=for new set top box so please reply me that the Rs 600/= charged by new universal cable network is genuine..
