nEESA LEISURE company has made several blunders ,defaults and induldged in gross cheating of public deposits…..this company has lost its credit and still does not honour the payments of interest and maturity amount…moreover it has failed to respond and communicate ….all the investors need to unite and file a suit . Under the new companies act 2013, it will have to pay heavy damage compensation , and face imprisonment too.Registrar of the company and ministry of corporate affairs , new delhi need to take severe action in this serious matter.
