I have deposited Rs. 1,00,000 (one Lac) on 03.06.2013, on 6 months period maturity scheme. My FDR no. NLL/15817. After 6 months company didnot given the principal amount, thereafter company has renewed my maturity for further 6 month without any intimation and permission of mine. And this 6 months also completed on 02.06.2014, but company still did not given to my 12 months maturity amount and interest.

In between I had sent letter with original copies of FDR, Principal cheque and Senior citizen identity proof and the same is acknowledge as received with company seal on 19.12.2013. In addition, they are not replying my mails. Company has cheated me.

After all, I went to Company Law Board and complaints against company having petition application no. 3620 in Mumbai on 09.06.2014.

govt. should immediatly step in and arrest the head of the company, before they escape from the country. There should also be slogan shounting in front of hotel and run their business. They are telling lie that the will sell 2 or 3 of costly hotels and repay all depositors. Pls dont believe them. the must answer the phone, otherwise go and beat them.
