I am a senior Citizen & Deposited 3 Fixed Deposits with Neesa Leisure Limited with following Details.
1) Suchita Shrikant Nayak-FDR No.10413 dated 09/11/2012 for period of 3 years ending on 08/11/2015 for Rs 2 lakhs with interest @ 12.5%-Noncumulative
2 ) Shweta Shrikant Nayak-FDR No.-10364 Dated 09/11/2012 for period of 3 years ending on 08/11/2015 for Rs 2 Lakhs with Interest @ 12.5% -Noncumulative & 3)Shrikant Ramesh Nayak-FDR No. 10412 Dated 09/11/2012 for period of 3 years ending on 08/11/2015 for Rs 2 Lakhs with interest @ 12.5%-Noncmulative.
Since December 2013, the company is not making Payment of my due interest on time & since June 2014 the have not paid my quarterly interest till date.
On enquiring with company , they are telling that they will not make any due payment of interest till their financial position improves.Al;so they are telling that they will not be in a position to make payment of Principal amount of Rs 2 Lakhs of each of above mentioned FDR for at least 2 years from date of maturity 2 year after due date in year 2015.
The company is a big fraud & nobody in company is responding to our queries , even whern I tried to meed their executives in person.
The company is having it’s registered office at— Cambay Square , Plot no. X,22-24,GIDC Electronic Sector-25,Opp. Hillwood School,Gandhinagar-382044(Gujarat).
Request , to take matter strongly with company & make other gullible people know about sinister designs of the company & save them from fradulent trap of the Company in future.
