This is to inform you that your people including Mr.Jafar & others had stated Discussion with me for an Employment of CEO at Fortis Hospital, Kolkata on around December’20013.
I have Completed the formalities of Paying Rs. (2200+3200+5800) =Rs.11,200.00(Eleven thousand Two hundred only) through my Debit Card No.XXXXXXXXXXX3297 of HDFC Bank to your Naukriworld Account of HDFC Bank on 24th December’2013 together with my CV to you.
During that discussion, you showed many False Commitment & Promises and inform that Interview will be taken place at around December’2013, which proved true as there is NO INTERVIEW taken Place till Date. Afterward No Contact from your side has taken place with me.
Hence, I have already sent you a mail addressed to your CEO through [email protected] on 07th February’2014 at 15:33PM mentioning ‘False Commitment with Complete refund of my money’, which you paid NO ATTENTION.
This is My 2nd NOTICE through mail as well as Registered Post to you to refund my money with Current upto-dated Bank Interest till date from Date of Debit of the said Amount from my Account.
I will be waiting until 10th December’2014 and beyond which my Compensation Package will be Doubled i.e Rs.22,400.00 as it already passed One Year.
I am going to file a Legal Notice against you.
