I have ordered 3 Kurtis and they delivered 3 dupattas and courier boy taken 1500 rs I marked return process but no response till now

I have ordered 3 kurtis costing Rs 500 each and I have received poor quality 3 dupattas and courier boy did not allow us to open the parcel he has taken Rs 1500 and left. I have submitted return/refund form on the same day till now I didn’t get any response.
