This people are cheators.. at the time of you purchase your product they will just tell you thier benifits with double meanin word like they provide hotels for hollidays eich gives you 3* service… listen carefully 3* service… nott 3* hotel… they just provide you a local cheap hotel… i am not saying this upon othet peoples complaint.. i have taken experience of thier trip..
I have purchased elite package of 9770/- i visited at Nainital which is my favorit tourist place… all the way i went from pune… when we reached at nainital we get to inow hotel is on high on hill… and distance is near about 3km. From nainital… and that distance you can not pass by walk… as its on high .. and local taxi can drop you olny @200rs and same amount for came down … it means for 5 day ressidence at that hotel you have to waste 2000 /- rs . Only for pic and drop.. at market and nainital lake… which you can not avoide..
And let me tell you about hotel..
They dont clean rooms… you have to ask them 3,4 times… after you have your meal again you have to all many times clearanc… As nainital is cold place you can not yous cold water .. and for hot water you have to call them again and again… one day that receptionist said that thier guy wased his cloths with hot water thats why hot water tank gets empty so we can not get hot water…. isnt it funy????..
all food quality… service… room ambiance i an give them just 0.5 out of 5..
At the time you purchase this holliday package they dont tell you the terms and conditions… and name of the hotels… your package is vallid for 1 year and in that 4 month you can not use that package cause ts business and hollidays month.. in shoert you can go your holliday in slack.period… or off season of that perticular area..
Before purchase the package get the name of hotela at your destination and chek it on internet and then only take the packgae..
And i am sure they will not provide you such information coz they know if tou see that hotel you never purchase package…
Hotels catagory is like 500rs per day for room … then you can emagine other things
