I have purchased Electric insect & Pest Control (buy1 get 1 free) from Naaptol/Ecom Express NPD. Following are the details for the same.

Initially they have delivered two items (its buy one get one) however one item is not working. Hence we called them to help and they told us to send both the items to their office (Delhi) on our expense. We have sent both the items in courier by spending 250/- rs to their Delhi office and as per courier service they have received it on time. However when we called their helpline number to know when will they send us replaced working items, they told that they haven’t received it and no entry has been there in their database of received items. After too much follow up finally they found entry in their database and told us we have receive your items and will send you replaced item in 5 days. After 10 days we received it but this time we get only one item (its buy one get one ). We have sent both the items to them however we received only one item and also it’s not working and again we received faulty item.
Again we are trying to following them but they told me the same thing it will take 48 hours and more to know the things and get back. This is frustrating and to be honest either I want my money back (As first priority) or working replaced item.
Kindly do needful for the same.
