naaptol – wall climbing car

i purchased a wall climbing car from naaptol for that i have paid 1900/ rs but was cheated by naaptol as i get defective car from naaptol as it cnnot move straight and battery discharged in 3 to 4 min after fully charged for 30 min when i call back to customer services naaptol they ask me to talk to technical depatt and the technical person repeat same thing that charge battery for 25 min and denied for return of good it is by shashank at naaptol end and mr piyush on customer service said we cant return good for non satisfactyion of customer and for defective piece
