I had ordered (Order No.35655447) for white mobile of Karbonn Alfa 3G Anroid Mobile. While receiving the mobile, we found that the instead of white colour they had sent grey colour which was not our choice. Further the piece delivered was having scratches and bubbles on screen. We registered a complaint and the Naptol had got the unit returned back. After a week or so they got delivered another unit with same grey colour and having some bubbles on screen. On 07th June, 2017 we had again registered complaint (No.25374379) but now they refusing to listen to us nor changing the unit,
