my self Somanathan.PK ,i used Q3000 mobile,its not working properly,charging not working ,not showing charging indication,touch screen automatically working,sensor not working and etc..,i have given mobile to service center on 25/09/2014,located at bangalore-jayanagar,(center name is service point) ,after repaired they given back to me on 18/10/2014,while receiving i found that display shows in black colour,so again i returned to them only,so after every check again its not working properly,so i need replacement mobile,i cant trust that mobile,i have complained to customer care also (complain No:900144),there is no response after taking one and half month i didt get my mobile ,that service center not responding properly,and i am suspecting that in service center those who are giving mobile for service with warranty ,they are taking parts from warranty mobile to non warranty mobile,so its getting delay,kindly ask to that service center to give replacement for mobile
