myindiashopping.com – Non-receipt of DVDs ordered over 6 months ago

I placed on order for 2 Tamil movie DVDs on the site, www.myindiashopping.com, on 26/6/2015. The order number is 1119866732 and the invoice number is A1​2822. The total order amount is INR 1572. I’ve ordered from this site in the past and have always received my items within a fortnight since placing the order. This time though the weeks rolled by but there was no sign of the order being shipped. When asked, I was told that a consignment from Malaysia had got lost and that had to be sorted out so that they could get the inventory necessary to ship my order. This dragged on for 3-4 months and then I was told that the situation had got resolved and that pending orders were being cleared but my order still didn’t get shipped. Then there was total silence for a couple of months – no response to any of my numerous mails and their phone just kept ringing. A couple of days back I got a reply to my mail informing me that the order had actually been dispatched and it must have got lost in the mail. The order tracking tool on their site though still shows the order as not being shipped, so I wrote back to them pointing this out and asking for a full refund and again there’s been no response. I request you to kindly act on this matter and ensure that they issue me a full refund – it is outrageous that this has been going on for over 6.5 months now.
