Hi, Iam also one of the victim of this fraudulent company. I had taken a package Rs,11998 on July31st and the representative Mr.Ramakrishna offered me an Apple I Phone 6 or Dell Inspiron laptop if I book the package on the same day. I know that It is fake call and want to they really giving me the offer. I asked them why costly Items are offering as gift and how the company is going to benefit. He tried to convince that it is promotional only for today. I choosed Laptop and the representative told me the laptop will be dispatched the next day. After that I made so many calls and mails (everything I have stored) but they started telling stories to the calls. None of the mail is replied. They also says no cancellation is allowed. But in company policy’s term & condition it is clearly mentioned that within 10days if the order is cancelled they will deduct 8.5% and remaining will be paid back. If it is within 3 months then 25% will be deducted. I mailed with the page but still no response from their side.
