Respected Sir/Ma’m,

I have purchased Micromax A240 Canvas Doodle2 mobile from Mulyashop.com on 24th-March-2014.

Oder no and referance no WMZXPEJUV ammount paid 8423 Rs.
amount was deducted immediately but I have not received my mobile phone. Now I am trying to get my shipment detail form customer care center but customer care executive today (28th March,2014) saying we can not deliver the phone as schedme is close now. but I Mr. Mahes and Dinesh customer care executive of mulyashop told me that your mobile will be deliver with in 7 days.
today no one responding to my call and support.

They are not even refunding nor delivering my mobile set.
I have attached the screen shot of website when I purchased the mobile set.
