There are been a delay of parcel from Mulyashop.com website. I booked my parcel on 20th October 2014 an today I recieved the parcel. I was promised the delivery before diwali and everytime i called customer service they told me that I will recieve the parcel before diwali.

I want to be reembursed for the delay cause to me order id XSUB1F59
