We had booked Micromax Mobile Nitro A 310 for Rs. 10,693 through order No. BSCEJAXNO on 30th October, 2014 and paid through credit card. Inspite of repeated reminders and phone call the said item was not dispatched till 8th November,2014 on the pretex that the same is out of stock. We cancelled the order on 8.11.2014. However the refund has not yet been processed. The company is playing on the buyers money, taking immediate payment and not making the shipment, forcing the buyer the cancel the order and thereafter Holding the payment for refund. Beware of such company.
