I had booked a Mobile Lenovo A269i (Black) on 30.12.2014 paying an amount of Rs.2241/- but I have not received the product till date i.e. 20th January 2015. I have also nither received any information from Mulya shopping pvt ltd nor refund of the amount. Now what action should be taken by me? No reply to my email yet.
