Below gives the story of the Monster paid service Cheats / Scam Artists / Scammers / Money Looters / in a mail trail who are least bothered after getting the payment from the Candidates after which you are treated like nothing but SHIT.

Bought 2 services on 10 Feb 2015 and ever since its a nightmare. And not even a single service is fulfilled/completed till now, its 8th of April 2015 for cryin out loud.

Till Date nothing has changed absolutely whatsoever on the several complaints that has been made over the phone and a few mails to customer care and crhead and it looks like I’m talking to the wall…

After everything that happened as mentioned in my below mail, I received a call from one of the crhead team person and I felt relieved that he would take the issue personally and resolve it as mentioned in the complaints link : http://www.monsterindia.com/complaints.html

But he just directed again to the same person (Ashwani Kumar) who was a trouble-maker (regarding this initial issue please read the below mail trail) and with who I had issues with and left the scene and nowhere to be seen afterwards.

New Problem:
Now there is a new situation/issue, I have been dealing with the Resume writers (Writeitrite) and I requested for a new / different format regarding which I called them on their phone (+91 040 32599107) several times and everytime I get a response from “Priya” that I will get the new Draft by end of the day or I will get a callback but that never happened and sometimes I also got a response that the concerned person is travelling and will arrange a callback even that never happened.

Since there is no proper response I mailed them on 03 April 2015 (Friday) but even for that there is no response or even a courtesy call to let me know that they have received my mail and that they are working on it. Nothing is professional here.

After sending the mail as mentioned above, I have been calling “writeitright” again almost everyday and I get the same response, End of today.

So it looks like I have to face problems and go thru hell, with every single department or rather every single person that I deal with inside Monster.com

Now I’m sick and tired of dealing with this anymore with Monster, please cancel all the services and process refund before I could step-up with Consumer Forum.

As I feel that a customer does not need to go thru all this even after paying for the services. But I did and still no use.

Unfortunately I will also be posting this mail chain possibly all over the internet if I dont get any proper response for this.

Please check what is happening with regards to this complaint and act accordingly before you lose all your paid customers and they turn against Monster.

Something is seriously wrong here.

Even after explaining such a horrible situation there is absolutely no response from Monster which clearly means that this is nothing but an ELABORATED SCAM just to steal money from the job seeker community and run with no good or Business intentions.

I am very sorry to say that it is very unfortunate that the customer care team of Monsterindia.com have been the worst I have ever encountered even after going for their premium services. I cannot take this anymore hence Im writing it down here.

I have bought the service on 10 Feb 2015 and ever since its a nightmare.

I was promised that the Resume writing team will call me and understand my requirements and then prepare a draft. And that is where it all started.

Nobody ever called me from Monster after my payment at all. Highlight is that a person named Arindham and Ashwani Kumar were calling me back and forth several times to convince and get the sale/payment done and after which I am the only one who has been calling Monster customer care service almost every 2 or 3 days just to ask simple silly questions that arises in mind but for whatever reason I call them they simply say that the concerned person who CLOSED THE SALE WILL CALL AND CLEAR THE DOUBTS THAT YOU HAVE (but nobody ever calls me after that at all). And at one point of time I was worried that the Resume Writers did not call to get the requirements from me and nothing happened and I started calling with regards to that. Even for that it was the same response the concerned person who CLOSED THE SALE WILL CALL AND CLEAR THE DOUBTS THAT YOU HAVE (but nobody ever calls me after that at all) this cycle repeats everytime for every single query. Mostly it was Ashwani who picks up the call and promises the same but nothing happens.

Let me give a live incident as an example (This is just one example)

Called 1800-419-6666 and spoke to Shekar on 28feb15 around 1.30pm who promised a callback from Arindham (as usual) by 2.15pm nothing happened as usual as expected. So later I called again around 3.40pm to check , but call landed to Ashwani Kumar and since I was really concerned I started demanding for explanations but I guess his character is to be very defensive so he started to be very rude, defensive, arrogant, adament and unprofessional in all ways possible and wanted me to only call his personal mobile number or mail him and he does not want me to mail the general jobseeker mail ID or does not want me to call the general contact number of Monster at all. I’m not sure why he discourages all this and not sure what he is trying to achieve / cover-up with all these acts. This is the only thing in my mind now and nothing else concerns me anymore.

He also started criticizing me for what I did and for what I didnt – I paid and sent my profile via SAQ mail and I followed up a couple of times,
but he was very particular about why I call general Monster care number and fumes that its a busy line engaged to make more sales / incentives and not bothered about after sale service. Also very particular about WHY DIDNT I MAIL THEM PERSONALLY AND WHY DIDNT I CALL ARINDHAM OR ASHWANI’S NUMBER and he puts it across as if its my job and its my mistake that I didnt call him. Well, why should I ? even after everything from my part is done?

All I wanted was to know what happened to the call that I was promised from the Resume Writers.

But I didnt think it would turn out to be such a nightmare as people in Monster Customer care would make it so very difficult for a single query to end up like this.

It looks like everything is a lie and built with false-promises with a lorry-load of attitude with the Customer care guys particularly (Ashwani Kumar) and specially after the payment or closing the sale. Nobody is bothered about anything at all what-so-ever at Monster.

Please organize yourselves and try to provide atleast 50% value against what the customers have paid for. (Im not demanding here, Im just requesting) Or at least dont treat them like shit after the sale is done. And I seriously encourage the authorities to listen to the call I had with Ashwani Kumar on 28feb15 (Saturday) and check how PROFESSIONAL HE IS ON CALLS.

Requesting the concerned authority to intervene and initate necessary actions.

Check below, I tried calling the below number at around 11.30am on 24Feb2015 (Tuesday) and 4.20pm on 28Feb2015 (Saturday) just rings nobody picks-up.

This is one of the reasons why I was even talking to those thick-headed Customer care professionals in the first place. But there were other reasons as well but none of them were answered till date.

Monster swallowed all the payment with a burp and nothing left but shitty, smelly service behind it.
