Sameer Khan is my name, and my order ID is 4675372.

I ordered an angle grinder from Moglix on July 9th, and it arrived on July 21st.

Some parts were missing when I opened the box, so I put in a return request on the Moglix support WhatsApp on the 23rd.

In the days that followed, the customer executive return request was approved.

After that, on July 28, the delivery boy took the package and struggled to find the seller by 7 o’clock yesterday.

The customer service representative is currently speaking impolitely and promising a refund within 4–7 days.

The work was ordered by me, but it took a long time to complete.

This is the incorrect approach; not only am I losing my money but also my work.

I already find it difficult to wait. Please process my refund so that I can continue working.

No, I will be forced to take any action because this is the first time this has ever happened to me. poor service. Please give me my money back by tomorrow; I’m wasting my time and losing my job.
