We have paid all the dues and registered flat almost a year back and we are still waiting for the completion. We bought a house with furniture and this guy has not completed kitchen work and no sings of furniture. After repeated visits, Now he started demanding more money in the name of interest ( Yes we registered the flat almost a year back ) and delaying the occupation.

So Be very very careful while buying house from these guys.
