The company and sent me a Wrist watch with welcome letter for my address confirmation from DTDC Courier Company and i have paid Rs. 2450/- this account is (Account Name :- Mobiles Cart, Bank Name is:- ICICI Bank , Account No. is:- 072105000782, Branch Name:- Civil Line, New Delhi, IFSC code:- ICICI0000721, [email protected] Date:- 21.04.2015 to delivery boy against company’s terms ad condition. After confirmation of my payment in company after than company executive for collect document from me and sent www.mobilesmart.in and my documents sent this E mail ID is :- [email protected] so i have loss Rs. 2450/- Company are cheated many people. Please sir kindly request see problem any solve as soon as possible…………………..

I PAID THE MONEY ON 18/04/2015,,
BUT THE MOBILE WAS NOT SEND TO MY ADDRESS
Mobilesmart have cheated me Rs 4500/- and they informed me through mail that they will refund me in 14-21 days. Almost 40 days over,but till now they have not refunded
Please kindly take action and need my refund immediately
