MOBIKWIK – Account locked and Money is not refunded

Hi this is Dr.Arunkumar using mobikwik for mobile bill payments and recharge etc. On 29/12/2015 my account was blocked and for the same I have emailed them so money time and also called customer service support for 3 to 4 times and everybody time they told me that the account would be activate within 72 hour but till time it was not activated and there was 1660 rupees was blocked I cannot use it for mobile recharging and bill payment and as I am a Doctor I don’t have time to call them so frequently even I tied my best but at last I have to knock on your door please do needful as early as possible. I am giving details of the account below.
