I order online and the product wasn’t working properly. Then i registered a complaint through the company’s website and i was told that I’ll get a call . Then i was asked about the issue and then they told me that I’ll have to message them on whatsapp to get my complaint registered. But days passed by and no action was taken then i again contacted on website and was again asked for details and told that they’ll keep my complaint on priority. But still no action was taken. It’s been 10 days now no acknowledgement has been given to my complaint. I want a refund against my product.
