Hi,

It has been over a month now, that I have had a problem with the Steering wheel. It goes out of control any random time.
Sometimes it hardens, causing it impossible to steer in middle of a road. Sometimes it just slips out of the hand and rotates itself randomly.
This has now become a DANGEROUS issue and we can’t drive it anymore.

For the same, we have been continously following up on phone and in store, but still unresolved.
They charged us 6500+ for a new MPPS motor, saying that was the problem falsely. Infact this has made it even worse.
After spending a lot of time & money, there is absolutely no assistance from those who made the problem worse after charging for no reason.
Miss. Janvi, the manager assured, she will be looking into this personally, but it has been more than 5 days, with no assistance.

Hence, I request you to take this very urgently, as it could cause a major accident any time further.
