On 14th December my mobile got dead, so i complained about the device to yu yureka customer service on 15th December. They provide me a form to fill, me too filled the form and get the approval for device replacement. They ask me to wait for 2 days for waybill number generation and within 15 days form waybill number generation let me get the device. But still now they didn’t take any corrective action for my complain.I’m totally upset sure to their irresponsible reply, So please take a concern action to let me get a compensation from that company.
