My mobile Micromax A290, was faulty and submitted to service center on 08th may 2015 and its Job Sheet no. E030741-0515-16516510, within two week i got my mobile but after one month it was again faulty and we don’t get any new job sheet. They received my mobile and reprint previous Job sheet and manually write on Job sheet like repeat and receiving Date 26/06/15. After one week I call at service center office and they give me new Job sheet No. E030741-0615-17613970 and the job sheet raised on 30th June 2015 and send this faulty mobile to Micromax head office.but the job sheet closed without servicing my mobile.I also informed micromax customer care and the give me docket no. MMX090715594464. After two week I got a new job sheet No. E030741-0715-18097766. The complain docket no. MMX090715594464 also closed without servicing my mobile. I again complain to Micromax customer on 5th August care and they confirmed that my mobile will deliver within 15 days. So, complain raised again to Micromax Service center on 20th August and confirmed me my mobile will delivered within 15 days and give new docket no. MMX20081574789.
I think I am cheated by Micromax service provider.
So, please log my complain and take action against Micromax Service provider.
