This Advait Samant, I have bought Micromax Mobile A 350 (Rs 20000) on 14th August 2014. The mobile had severe issues and I had submitted it to the service centre : Media Enterprise, shop no 63 / 64, P P Chambers, Dombivli (east) on 29th may, 2015 with a guaranteed return within 20 days. Now its 10 months now there has been no response from Service centre nor from Micromax team.

I have made them calls around 30 approx times, the only reply I get is “request is under process & I will get it within 15 days”
Kindly request you to take a severe action.
