I have purchased the above instrument on 06 Feb’15, Ganpati Telecom, Dehra Dun vide cash Memo No.50960. The initial installation was done on 13 Feb’15 at the shop. Unfortunately the instrument has not been working properly, the Lumia535 has been given to your customer Centre, Dehra Dun on 18 Feb’15, Job Sheet No. 156433527/150218/011. It would not be out of place to mention that I am a senior citizen over 65 yrs old & a retired Colonel, and to get an instrument not working properly is heart breaking. I therefore state that if a brand new gadget within three days needs repair there is something really not in order. The Microsoft’s reputation is at stake. Therefore in all fairness, may I please be given a replacement, or the money refunded in full.Thanking You & Regards.
